This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to orders and order enquiries placed through favouritecare.in.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting office@favouritehub.com or +91 9528811566 with order details. If payment has been collected, eligible refunds are initiated after cancellation confirmation.

Hygiene Product Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used underpads, adult diapers, and related personal-care products cannot be returned. Sealed and unused products may be reviewed for return eligibility if reported within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

If a product is damaged, wrong, or missing, customers should contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photos, order details, and packaging information.

Refund Timeline
